We're hiring: three new roles at Birch Stays
We're a young, growing business looking after some of the UK's best large-group holiday homes, and we have big plans. To get there, we need more great people looking after our homeowners and our guests. Here's the short version of each role. The full details are in the downloads.

1. Guest Experience & Comms (part time)
Answering guest messages, sorting the odd 10pm lockout, keeping listings sharp and helping new homes get ready for their first guests. Good writing, a calm head and an eye for the details. That's most of the job.
Fair warning: holidays don't keep office hours, so this one includes evenings and weekends. The upside is flexible hours and no two days the same. It pays about £15 an hour, comes with full training, and shows you how every part of Birch works.
2. Head of Homeowners, North England
We already have a small collection in the North. This role grows it to 100 homes, as many as possible fully managed and exclusive to us. You'll find the owners, win them over and look after them, one good home and one good relationship at a time.
It's hybrid, with up to three days a week at our head office in the Peak District / Cheshire. £40k base, with a bonus built to take total earnings to £100k+.
3. Head of New Business, South West England
The South West is our next big region, and this role builds it from the ground up. Same aim: 100 homes, chosen carefully. It isn't a desk job with a lead list. You'll be the face of Birch down there, finding owners and knocking on the right doors (bring a car, it's a big patch).
It's home-based, with regular trips to head office. £40k base, with a bonus built to take total earnings to £100k+.
