The kitchen diner is effortlessly stylish and exceptionally well equipped, with a traditional AGA taking centre stage. Expansive windows draw in natural light and frame sweeping views over the surrounding woodland and towards the Peak District, creating a space that feels both relaxed and refined. For more formal gatherings, a separate dining room sets the scene for long, sociable dinners and special occasions around the table.

 

Living Spaces & Games Room

The house offers a thoughtfully curated collection of living spaces, perfect for both entertaining and unwinding. The main sitting room is warm and inviting, with a wood burner, Smart TV and generous, sink-in sofas that complement its traditional character. A light-filled garden room provides a more tranquil retreat, with comfortable seating, a second TV and views across the garden and surrounding woodland, ideal for quieter moments. For a more playful touch, the games room features a pool table, while upstairs, a cosy reading corner on the first-floor landing offers a pair of armchairs and a peaceful spot to pause with a book.

Bedrooms

Six beautifully appointed bedrooms offer generous and flexible accommodation, each enjoying lovely views from every window. Thoughtfully arranged with families and groups in mind, the rooms combine comfort with an easy sense of space. Each bedroom is generously proportioned and dressed in soft white linens, with carefully chosen decorative touches that add to the home’s relaxed, considered feel. A mix of double, king and twin rooms provides flexibility for a variety of group stays, all complemented by high-quality mattresses to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The master bedroom is particularly special, featuring a statement four-poster bed and its own en suite bathroom.

The principal en suite bathroom features a bathtub and a separate curved walk-in shower, creating a private space that feels both luxurious and relaxing. There are two additional shower rooms, all finished to a high modern standard and thoughtfully stocked with toiletries and fresh towels for guest comfort. A convenient ground floor W/C completes the layout.

Outside, the setting is every bit as striking. Beautiful lawns and far-reaching valley views provide a breathtaking backdrop for outdoor living.
