Living Spaces

The spacious open-plan living area is the heart of Snowdonia Retreat, providing plenty of room for everyone to come together. Sink into the large corner sofa, switch on the 65-inch smart TV and enjoy the integrated sound system for a cosy movie night after a day exploring the mountains.

For a quieter change of scene, the adjoining conservatory overlooks the mature garden and surrounding mountain scenery. With its own 55-inch smart TV and sound system, it is an inviting space to play board games, tackle a puzzle, plan the next day's adventures or simply relax and take in the views.

Mesh Wi-Fi provides excellent coverage throughout the property, while the smart TVs offer access to supported streaming services.

Kitchen and Dining

The modern kitchen is fully equipped for preparing everything from leisurely breakfasts to hearty evening meals. Facilities include an American-style fridge freezer, integrated double grill and oven, dishwasher, and a multifunction microwave with grill, air fryer and oven settings. A washing machine and tumble dryer are also provided, alongside a kitchen cleaning pack for added convenience.

The adjoining dining area features a generous table with seating for eight or more guests, making it easy to enjoy meals together, celebrate special occasions or gather over a long evening of food and conversation.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

Snowdonia Retreat offers four stylish bedrooms, each furnished with solid oak furniture and premium Simba Pro mattresses for a comfortable night's sleep. Luxury bamboo bed linen adds an extra touch of quality, helping guests recharge after days spent walking, sightseeing and exploring the surrounding countryside.

Two king-size bedrooms benefit from their own en-suite bathrooms, each featuring a spacious walk-in rainfall shower. A further central family bathroom provides both a walk-in shower and a bathtub, offering flexibility for families and groups. Towels are supplied for all guests, and an air source heat pump helps keep the property comfortable throughout the year.

Gardens

The mature garden provides a peaceful outdoor setting with views towards the surrounding mountains. Beneath a beautiful maple tree, a picnic table offers a lovely spot for outdoor meals, morning coffee or enjoying the fresh Welsh air.

The highlight is the private hot tub, where you can relax after a day on the trails and enjoy the evening skies. With its tranquil setting and natural surroundings, the garden is a wonderful place to slow down and make the most of your time away.

Please note that there is no permanent barbecue or fire pit, although guests are welcome to bring a disposable barbecue. On arrival day, the Hot Tub may not be up to temperature as it can take 12 hours to heat after having been cleaned.
