Uninterrupted views of the Cotswold Escarpment and Broadway Tower surround the home and provide the perfect backdrop for al fresco dining and long evenings in awe of the setting sunset.

The classical exterior blends is mirrored with the elegant interiors with all the modern technology required to make your stay perfect.  Beautifully decorated, comfortable and traditionally furnished, the house stands next to the picturesque 13th century St Mary’s Church on the eastern edge of the village.

With simply stunning scenery and grounds to enjoy in the spring and summer, and the unbeatable cosiness of a Cotswold home in the autumn and winter, each season here is special, and we are delighted to welcome you to come and experience this unique stay.

Ideal for large family stays the home comprises of a main house that includes four bedrooms (2-ensuite) and three bathrooms, and also a self-cottage cottage with an en-suite. The main house includes three separate living spaces, being the drawing room, sitting room and garden room. Cosiness is ensured with open fires in the drawing, sitting and dining rooms.

This property also provides a classic setting for weddings and other celebrations, with a lawn protected by its own ha-ha an ideal location for your marquee and the paddocks offering plenty of parking for your guests.

The Old Rectory is conveniently located for those attending the Cheltenham races (13 miles) and visiting Stratford upon Avon (19 miles), as well as many other charming towns and villages. This spacious house is ideal for large families or groups of friends looking to spend a memorable holiday together at any time of the year. During spring and summer, the expansive grounds offer a peaceful retreat where guests can enjoy the tennis court, outdoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, croquet on the back lawn, and dine al fresco by the pool or beneath the magnificent Cedar tree. In winter, the house exudes its own enchantment, welcoming you with the warmth of its 4-door Aga, cozy log fires in three of the reception rooms, and luxurious down-filled duvets. The Old Rectory is also well-suited for hosting large family celebrations and intimate weddings. Whatever your needs may be, whether it’s a daily housekeeper, an excellent chef, or a masseuse, we can arrange it upon request.
