The villa combines elegant interiors with an impressive range of facilities, from a cinema area, pool table and football table to a private heated swimming pool and three outdoor dining areas. During the winter months, log burners on each floor create a warm and inviting atmosphere, while a caretaker is also available on site.

The villa offers generous living and entertaining spaces across all three floors. The ground floor includes a dedicated games area with a pool table, football table and cinema space, creating a fantastic area for children and adults alike. The upper floors provide further comfortable spaces to unwind, while the penthouse office offers a peaceful spot to work with a balcony overlooking the surrounding landscape.

Kitchen & Dining

The spacious kitchen is located on the ground floor and provides a practical social hub for the villa. With a separate games area nearby, the layout makes it easy for everyone to spend time together while meals are being prepared. Outside, three separate dining areas provide the perfect setting for long lunches, evening meals and drinks in the sunshine.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

The villa has seven adult bedrooms arranged across the three floors. Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor alongside two bathrooms, three bedrooms are on the middle floor with one benefiting from an en-suite, and two further bedrooms occupy the top floor with two additional family bathrooms. A dedicated children's sleeping area on the ground floor features bunk beds for four and two double sofa beds.

Gardens

Outside, the villa is surrounded by landscaped gardens, sun-soaked terraces and extensive outdoor space. The private heated swimming pool measures approximately 13m x 3m and is surrounded by sun loungers, while three outdoor dining areas provide plenty of options for al fresco meals. Guests can also enjoy a table tennis table and spectacular sunsets across the surrounding landscape.
