No Blue Mondays. Just better prices.
The same amazing houses. Significantly less money.
Our weekend stays fill up quickly for a reason – the homes are that good. But here’s something most guests don’t consider: those same homes are open Monday to Friday, and they cost a lot less than you think. The same house. The same views. The same bed. The difference is everything around it. No crowds, unhurried days, and a price that makes you wonder why you hadn’t thought of it sooner.
- Most of our properties cost between 20% and 53% less midweek.
- Our top properties are booked most weekends. Midweek, they're yours.
This isn't a discount.
It's about timing.
Most people default to Friday to Sunday without thinking twice. But midweek? Midweek is different. And that’s where the magic happens (and where the better prices exist). The roads are quieter. The restaurants have tables. The house is yours without the weekend rush around it – and you’ll pay less per night for more of them.
In fact, the same house costs up to half the price when you stay during the week. It’s not a secret. It’s just not widely talked about. (We thought you should know.)

Outside of school holidays, here’s what midweek actually looks like at two of our most-wanted properties. Weekends at homes like these tend to go 8–10 months in advance. Midweek dates are a different story. Turns out, Mondays are very reasonably priced.

What would you do with the difference?
The numbers are one thing. What they unlock is another. The difference between a weekend stay and a midweek one could cover a private chef for the evening. A full spa day for the group. Childcare or dog care for the duration of your stay. A round at the nearby golf course. An even better home than the one you were looking at. Or simply – another night. Sometimes two.
In most cases, two or three extra nights midweek costs the same as a standard weekend stay. Same house, just considerably more of it.
Your accommodation isn’t the only thing that’s cheaper midweek. Restaurants are easier to get into. Activities are quieter. Travel is smoother. Even the drive down feels different. It’s not about spending less. It’s about getting more of everything that actually matters.
