It’s designed for corporate away days, leadership retreats, team-building workshops and strategy sessions where groups need a self-contained base with indoor meeting areas and outdoor space to reset.

Mill House – Historic Grain Mill Conversion

Mill House is a restored 260-year-old grain mill that still features its original cogs and grinding stones, bringing a sense of heritage to a practical modern space. Sitting at the heart of the estate, it includes five en-suite bedrooms, a fully equipped handmade kitchen and two living areas centred around a double-sided wood-burning stove. A covered walkway leads directly to The Piggeries, giving groups their own private dining area, bar and treatment room for dinners, wellness sessions or evening events. Outside, the house has an arbour, fire pit, the Heartwood Sauna, an outdoor shower, river steps for wild swimming and access to a three-acre conservation area with private walking trails. Mill House works well for executive retreats, creative strategy sessions and senior leadership meetings.
Hay Barn – Oak-Framed Modern Barn

Hay Barn is a contemporary oak-framed property with elevated views across meadow fields, the river and the surrounding Welsh hills. It’s the second accommodation house on the estate and includes five king bedrooms (three on the ground floor and two upstairs), along with an open-plan kitchen, and a dining and living space with a wood-burning stove. Full-height picture windows overlook the gravel garden and stone terrace, creating bright breakout spots for reading, meetings or downtime. Once home to cart horses, pigs, and sheep, this brick-lined space with original stone floor is now a rustic yet stylish hub for corporate gatherings. Accessed via covered walkway from Mill House, it features a wood-burning stove, generous dining area, and bar – ideal for feasts, celebrations, or breakout sessions. A dedicated treatment room offers serenity for massages or quiet reflection, with soft towels and massage table (book private therapists as needed).
