Introducing ‘The Reset’, a raw new experience to fitness and wellness luxury retreats, all with a purpose.

The Bodorgan Bootcamp Reset is grounded in physical workshops, but it provides a holistic wellness programme, with set objectives and goes beyond traditional notions of health and fitness.

Strength and fitness workshops from Peak Power Gym with breath work and cold-water therapy from Breatheolution all based across the Birch Stays collection. All meals, cuisine and supplements provided by the in-house private chef. Evening self-development work provided by expert guest speakers, and guests can enjoy the sports and water-sports activities across the collection. The programme includes extra workshop sessions such as yoga, massage treatments, guided hikes and guests can enjoy the hot tubs and luxury throughout.

Reset, unplug and reconnect with your true self, in a journey that intertwines fitness, exploration, wellbeing, and luxury.
